Baeg Tobar

Baeg Tobar relaunched in October, 2009, and I was lucky to be one of the first writers to be a part of it! I've written two short stories thus far, and will be co-writing a serial novel in the world alongside fellow Substrate writer, Max Gladstone.
In “No Matter How You Hide Her,” three young people from Mydess encounter the heroes from the main Baeg Tobar storyline. The three reappear in “She's Never Hard to Find” (forthcoming).
Ransom: The Anthology

Dylan Birtolo invited me to contribute to a limited edition anthology, planned to be in print for only one year (just long enough to sell at two GenCons). The resulting collection, Ransom: The Anthology, features a bunch of great writers whose stories all center around the theme of, you guessed it, ransom. My story is a modern fairy story, based on the old legend of Tam Lin, called “Don't Let Go.”
Crown Tales

Through my work at Empty Room Studios, I got introduced to the world of Crown, a setting for Dark Quest Games. I've contributed two short stories for two different anthologies set in Crown. The first, “Choosing Fate,” appears in Crown Tales.

- A short monster sketch, “The Hounds of the Morrigan,” appeared over at Flames Rising.com for the 2008 Halloween special series.
- I posted an unpublished short story, “Autumn Leaves,” in honor of International Pixel-Stained Technopeasant Day 2009.
